Build the Grid: The best LEGO® Speed Champions sets for F1® fans

If you’ve been watching the twists and turns of the Formula 1® season, then you might have seen the drivers cruising the track at the FORMULA 1 MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2025 in big-build LEGO cars.

This Drivers’ Parade featured ten full-sized cars and delighted the fans and drivers. Now, we’ve got good news, as these big-build cars will be making (pit) stops across the globe! Check out the dates and locations here.

And don’t forget that your passion for F1 doesn’t have to stop with the checkered flag. We’ve got sets based on all ten teams. So, you can celebrate your favorite or collect all ten unique LEGO Speed Champions sets and play out your own race at the kitchen table, commentating on the action in a slightly too loud voice (come on, you know you’ve done it).

Or maybe you’re not after a set for yourself, but are looking for the perfect gift for an F1 fan? Well, call off the search, because your life has just gotten a whole lot easier.

Now, let’s get the race started as we reveal the best sets on the grid.

    LEGO® Speed Champions Series

Formula One® is coming to Speed Champions!

For the first time ever, you can choose from any of the ten teams that compete in the real-life Formula 1. That’s right, every single team is available, and each car is decorated with realistic-looking sponsor stickers and tires.

These sets are packed with opportunities for play. Kids can build their favorite teams or collect the whole grid and recreate the most dramatic moments from the season.

What’s more, each one comes with a minifigure, so kids and parents can pretend that they’re the ones zipping up the suit and putting on the helmet and imagine what it must be like to be a real-life F1 driver.

    LEGO® City Series

The LEGO City F1 range will feature six brand-new sets, with lots of variety and plenty of playful scenarios. You can almost host an entire Grand Prix™ of your own with sets that include the spectacular LEGO City F1 Truck with RB20 & AMR24 F1 Cars, allowing you to transport your cars to the track.

At trackside, we have the F1 Garage & Mercedes-AMG & Alpine Cars, a portable playset with a carry handle that folds out to reveal a car, garage and workshop equipped with workbenches, tool and welding carts, and a tower of slick tires. Flick the switch and launch one of the two included race cars onto the grid, and then you’re off to the races.

And to keep ahead of your rivals, you can come in for a new set of tires with the LEGO City F1 Pit Stop & Pit Crew with Ferrari Car. This set includes fresh slicks, wheel guns, and a crew that you can move into position at lightning speed with the flick of a switch.

    LEGO F1® Collectible Race Cars

There’s magic and mystery in every Grand Prix and it’s always impossible to predict who’ll come out on top. It’s the same with the LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars mystery boxes.

You’ll get one surprise car in each kit with a total of 12 to collect, including an F1 car, an F1 ACADEMY™ car, and ten cars from the Formula 1 teams: RB20, Mercedes-AMG, Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin, Alpine, Williams, VCARB, Sauber and Haas.

Each set comes in the colors of an F1 team, with logos, a helmet in the cockpit and moving wheels for staging your very own miniature Grand Prix. Can you collect them all before the season ends?

    LEGO® DUPLO® F1 Sets

Pass on your passion for racing to your little speedsters with the new LEGO® DUPLO® Town F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers.

The set features everything you need for a full F1 Grand Prix weekend: a starting grid, three cars, three drivers, and a podium for the winner. You can play with your kids as you build cars that represent any of the ten F1 team’s liveries based on their favorites (or probably yours).

These sets help develop coordination, imagination and… motor skills (get it?). And let’s face it, when is playing with cars and racing around the floor or kitchen table not fun?

The only thing you’ll need to add is a little enthusiasm and a lot of engine noise. Practice with us. Vroooooooooom. Bruuuuuuuuuum. Perfect!
